Disclosure Policy For Product Reviews Published On The Vincent PRess
The Federal Trade Commission requires that we disclose any relationship we have between a product or service provider when we write about a product or service.
Here are the guidelines we operate under at The Vincent PRess.com
* We are never paid to do a review for a product or service we distribute. We never accept money to review a product or service. We invest our own time to review and test products and services.
* We pay for the products and services that we recommend.
* We do not claim that the experience and benefit we have received from using a product or service is typical and is dependent on many other factors that may influence other people’s experience and benefit from using the product or service.
* If we create a link to a product in a review, or anywhere else on our website, we may get paid a commission if you purchase the product or service.
We believe these are good rules and practices for Internet Marketing. It’s important for you as a consumer to understand the relationship between a person reviewing the product or service and the product or service provider.
If you don’t see a disclosure policy as part of a review of a product or service, that reviewer may be violating the law or at the very least the Code of Ethics.
